Q. Why won’t the video play?

A. Chances are because you are not living in The United States or Canada. Our system detects where you IP address is located and our movies will not play outside of the US or Canada. We don’t have the licenses.

  1. I have had no problems with the movies I had already rented before. “Memoirs of a Lady Ninja” simply wont play on my computer. What could be the issue?

  2. We looked into the issue and it seems other people were having similar problems as well. The problem was occurring on our end and it has now been resolved. Please clear your cache in your browser and try watching the movie again.
